One Problem. Two Solutions. One Bundle.
Bloating doesn't have one cause, so one product was never going to fix it. The enzymes handle what you eat right now. The probiotics fix what's been off for months. Together, they cover everything.

Day 5
Smoother, More Predictable

Day 7
Confidence at Every Meal
The food baby stays away. You eat what you love without bracing for the aftermath. Your jeans fit at 9pm.
Two Capsules. One Simple Routine.
No complicated schedules. No handfuls of pills. Just two capsules that fit into the life you already have.
Take 1 capsule with your meal. Before, during, or after, whatever's easiest.
Once a day, any time. Take 1 Probiotic capsule daily; morning, night, whenever works for you.
Give it time to work. Most people notice a difference within 2–3 weeks. Keep going, the longer you take it, the better your gut gets.

How is this different from a daily probiotic?
How is this different from a daily probiotic?
A standard probiotic only does one thing, it adds beneficial bacteria to your gut. Digestive Enzymes goes further. It pairs 3 shelf-stable probiotic strains with 16 digestive enzymes (which probiotics don’t contain), prebiotic fibers to feed those good bacteria, and an organic herbal blend of peppermint and ginger to soothe the stomach.
Think of it less as a probiotic and more as a complete digestive support system. If you’re looking specifically for gut flora support, a probiotic alone is fine. If you also experience bloating, gas, or discomfort after meals, the added enzymes and herbs make a meaningful difference that probiotics on their own can’t deliver.
Can I take more than 1 capsule daily?
Can I take more than 1 capsule daily?
Yes. The recommended serving is 1 capsule with your largest meal, but some people find that taking an additional capsule with other heavy meals provides extra support, particularly when eating rich, fatty, or protein-heavy foods. Most users don’t exceed 2 capsules per day.
If you’d like to take more than 2 capsules daily on a regular basis, we recommend checking in with your healthcare provider first.
Why doesn’t Digestive Enzymes come in a delayed-release capsule?
Why doesn’t Digestive Enzymes come in a delayed-release capsule?
Because the enzymes aremeantto start working in your stomach. Digestion begins the moment food arrives, and proteases, lipases, and amylases need to act on that food in the upper digestive tract, not later, lower down. A delayed-release capsule would bypass the exact window where the enzymes do their best work.
The probiotics are protected a different way. We use spore-formingBacillusstrains, which are naturally resistant to stomach acid. They don’t need a delayed-release shell to survive. Their own biology handles it.
Is it vegan or vegetarian?
Is it vegan or vegetarian?
Yes. Digestive Enzymes is suitable for both vegans and vegetarians.
The capsule is plant-based hypromellose, the enzymes are microbial and plant-derived (including bromelain from pineapple and papain from papaya), and every other ingredient on the label is plant-sourced.
No animal-derived components anywhere in the formula.
Is Digestive Enzymes suitable for long-term use?
Is Digestive Enzymes suitable for long-term use?
Yes. The formula is designed for daily, ongoing use and is not habit-forming.
Digestive enzymes don’t reduce your body’s natural enzyme production, and theBacillusprobiotic strains and prebiotic fibers are well tolerated even with extended use.
Many of our customers take Digestive Enzymes daily for years. As with any supplement, if you have an underlying health condition or are on medication, it’s worth checking in with your healthcare provider about long-term use.
Can I take Digestive Enzymes while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Can I take Digestive Enzymes while pregnant or breastfeeding?
We recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before starting Digestive Enzymes, or any new supplement, if you’re pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. Your provider knows your full health picture and can advise on what’s right for you.
What is the shelf life of Digestive Enzymes?
What is the shelf life of Digestive Enzymes?
Each bottle has a shelf life of approximately 2 years from the date of manufacture. The exact expiration date is printed on the bottom of your bottle.
For best potency, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. The bathroom medicine cabinet isn’t ideal because humidity from showers can shorten shelf life. A kitchen cabinet or pantry works well.
Are there any side effects?
Are there any side effects?
Digestive Enzymes is well tolerated by most people. Some users notice mild changes in digestion during the first few days as their gut adjusts to the new enzymes and probiotic strains. This typically settles within a week.
If you have a known allergy to pineapple (bromelain) or papaya (papain), check the ingredients carefully or speak with your healthcare provider before use. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience any unusual reaction.
This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
